Wash Park Gut + Rebuild
This 1923 Bungalow in Wash Park was once a gorgeous craftsman style bungalow with built-in detailed woodwork throughout the home. Due to a series of unfortunate events, the beautiful woodwork was destroyed and the entire home had to be renovated before putting it on the market. With the task of renovation came the opportunity to revise the home’s layout and create a space that is more open, modern, and light-filled. The renovated home includes a completely open kitchen living and dining room area on the main level, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a cozy family room and laundry room at the basement level. The interior finishes were selected with resale in-mind, so we kept to simple and traditional styles with white cabinets and countertops, wood floors, and exposed brick at the existing chimney that runs through the center of the home.
