Park Hill Addition + Interior Renovation
Built in 1948, this existing 2,400 square foot ranch started with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main floor along with a small kitchen, living and dining rooms. Our design provided an additional 750 SF to house new kitchen, dining, and living spaces, while renovating the existing footprint to include a new library, expanded primary suite with new bathroom, and an additional powder room. The new kitchen is a galley style space with large windows to the North to keep the space feeling bright and open. The new living room features vaulted ceilings to help create an experience of volume and reflect the natural light from the large windows. Cult Creative provided both architectural and interior design services for this project. We loved bringing out the homeowner’s love of mid-century design with clean lines, walnut accents in the kitchen, and fun colors in the powder room.
