FAQS

  • As licensed Architects, our work focuses first and foremost on projects where our expertise can best be put to use. Typically this means that we focus on new construction, additions, and large-scale interior renovations. We include interior design services as an enhancement to our architectural work, but not as a stand-alone service.

  • Our focus is large-scale remodels, additions or new construction. The Denver market has a lot of talented designers, many of whom do excellent work on smaller projects, such as a one room makeover. We encourage you to seek out someone with this kind of expertise, and we know you’ll find someone great!

  • One of the things that sets Cult Creative apart from other design firms is that our mission is to help you and your family identify and articulate your unique culture. It is an expression of our work and passion to walk through the design process with you and learn about your style and incorporate more of you into your project. Additionally as architects working in Denver, we love and respect the historic nature of many of the homes we transform and work diligently to translate traditional styles into our renovations.

  • Absolutely. A brief chat with our team is a great starting point to help you learn more about us, and for us to discover more about you and your project. We can determine together if we’re a good fit, and what foundations need to be in place for a successful start to your project. We welcome the opportunity to speak with you and learn more about your dreams and goals.

  • Possibly. A kitchen renovation can range from very simple replacement of like-for-like in place to a full re-design and expansion, and so many variations in between. We add value to your project by creating architectural changes to open up rooms or increase square footage and bring flow and functionality to your space. If your project doesn’t need that level of architectural design, we recommend you work with an interior designer or kitchen designer for your project.

  • We pride ourselves on getting to know our clients. Developing relationships that help us understand you, your lifestyle, and your vision for your home. Through our design process we gather images, talk through preferences, and review options to narrow in on your personal taste and aesthetic. We have an understanding of what questions to ask to help you communicate your style. As we make selections, we encourage clients to embrace not just timeless design but design that inspires them because we know this will inspire others around them as well. By the time those close to you walk into your completed project, we want them to exclaim “this house is so YOU!”
